End User Agreement (Terms of Service)

Welcome to HQPrep.com ("HQ Prep", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the HQPrep.com website, services, software, content, and related features (collectively, the "Services").

• LOSS OF DATA

Our total liability arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to HQ Prep during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HQ Prep, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services;
• Your violation of this Agreement;
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if:

• You breach this Agreement;
• Required by law;
• Necessary to protect our business, systems, or users.

Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

14. Force Majeure

HQ Prep shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

• Labor disputes
• Internet outages
• Transportation disruptions

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16. Changes to This Agreement

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted on HQPrep.com with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
